DIGITAL MEDIA STRATEGIST

EQ is growing!

We are looking for an experienced lead generation and business development professional to join our successful Digital Media Development Team. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

You will become a valued member of the team as you:

  • Own the entire development cycle from aggressively prospecting, developing, to closing leads using a variety of online and offline sources.
  • Meet and exceed individual daily, weekly, and monthly activity and goals.
  • Thrive in autonomous working environment with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity, meeting deadlines, and showing relentless persistence in a competitive marketplace.
  • Strong business development focus, willing to prospect and uncover new potential digital advertisers and drive to develop opportunities from prospect level through to deal close.
  • Demonstrate top-notch communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate with partners at all decision-making levels.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in advertising, marketing, business development, or related field.
  • 2+ years sales and digital marketing experience
  • Media Buying/Planning and Agency experience a plus

Job Description

ACCOUNT MANAGER
An Account Manager works to ensure the overall success of the client engagement, provides support to the operations team, and assists in the set up and management of media plan executions.

Responsibilities:

  • Build positive relationships with clients
  • Act as day to day contact with clients
  • Nurture relationships with partner agencies and brands
  • Ensure campaign assets are collected and team deadlines are met
  • Work to understand the client’s business and online planning
  • Assist in the strategy and development of media plans
  • Administer and review all campaigns in flight
  • Oversee all accounting and administrative duties required on assigned accounts
  • Presentation skills and written and oral business communication skills

Skills and Experience Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Demonstrated time management and multitasking abilities
  • Solid collaborative and team work oriented skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation skills

Education and Experience:

  • 1-2 years agency side or brand in digital media
  • Post-secondary degree or specialization in advertising/media
